The Application forms are available in an Adobe® Acrobat fillable format. In order to use them, you need to download Adobe® Acrobat Reader™. Please click on the Adobe® Acrobat Reader™ Icon (Above), copy the .EXE file onto your hard disk. Follow the instructions and install or click on the Hyperlinks links Adobe Acrobat Reader Download. The software can be downloaded free of charge. Please note that all forms are required to be competed by each applicant. ( main applicant and their spouse)

These forms you will use to apply for Canadian Immigration as a Skilled Worker or business category. Under this process you are requested to submit the following basic application forms (Section "A"). You will be notified to submit other forms as mentioned in section "B" by us. You can complete these forms using an Adobe® Acrobat Reader. You must then print your completed form and submit it to G M & Associates- Canada or once filled, copy them onto your hard disk and send to us as an email attachment.

IMM 0008: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada.

This form must be completed by the principal applicant and his or her spouse.

Schedule 1: Background / Declaration
This form must be completed by the principal applicant and:

• his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and

• all dependant children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence must complete    their own copy of this form.

Schedule 6 Economic Classes ­ Business Immigrants [IMM 0008 ] (Business Category Only)

This form must be completed by the principal applicant those who are applying under the following categories. They need not to prepare the above form (Schedule 3: Economic Classes). If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details or make two forms.
